HAPPENINGS + EVENTS
Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Sunday, March 8, 4:30 pm
$25. \ $35. day of event
Restorative yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice that uses props to support comfortable postures held for several minutes. Instead of active movement, the focus is on stillness, release, and deep rest. Sound play weaves in live tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, creating vibrations that calm the mind and restore balance.
All levels will love the extra long, deep relaxation with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, brass bowls, chimes and more!
Hands on Assist Workshop
Sat. March 7, 12:30 pn
$30.
This 90-minute workshop is a practice in receiving support. Angela & Rosanne will guide you through a flowing practice while offering personalized hands-on assists. You'll also learn self-massage techniques to release tension and support your own healing, both on and off the mat. With two teachers present throughout, you'll experience attentive, individualized care that's rare in a group setting. Whether you're seeking physical release, nervous system support, or simply permission to slow down, this practice offers space for all of it.
