Everybody Yoga: Yoga 4U

"Everybody Yoga" is grounded in the classic elements of a yoga practice, blending breath work, foundational postures, and mindful movement to create a holistic experience. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, this class offers something for everyone.

We emphasize accessibility and adaptability, ensuring that each participant can engage with the practice in a way that feels nurturing and right for their body. Our experienced instructors provide guidance, modifications, and encouragement, allowing you to grow at your own pace and in your own way.

Level 1

Which level is right for you?


Levels are provided to help you choose the class that fits your needs. Individualized guidance is offered in every class, however, some sessions are inteded for the more experienced student.

Each class level is based on your movement experience:

  • Level 0: Absolute beginner. No prior experience.
  • Level 1: All Levels will enjoy this class. Good for beginners with some experience, for those self-healing an injury.
  • Level 1-2: Mixed level class. All levels & Intermediate. Modifications and choices will provided for the more challenging poses.
  • Level 2: Solid experience is suggested. Challenging poses and movements are offered with modifications as needed.
  • Level 3: Intermediate to advanced movers will enjoy this class.
