Move2Joy offers classes 7 days a week. Specializing in Yoga, Nia and wellness that is tailored to meet ones' unique level and ability. Whether you're in the mood to unwind and find calm or to invigorate and strengthen, we have just the class for you.

Personal Sessions

Beginning a new practice, seeking deeper engagement, new skills or addressing specific health goals? Our private sessions are dedicated to providing one-to-one direction and specific guidance for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Choose from single private sessions to small groups for families and friends.

Events & Trainings

Treat yourself to a Move2Joy pop-up class, event or workshop. Expand your practice with special offerings such as Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yoga and Nia Trainings. Enhance your wellness journey, personalize your movement, explore personal growth, self-care and community.

Groups, Teams & Corporate

Move2Joy specializes in custom yoga and Nia classes for all group types, including corporate, organized clubs, sport teams, and informal gatherings (such as school friends or training partners.) Great for team-building, get-togethers, special celebrations or an alternative meeting, these sessions create a blend of wellness, fun, and community bonding.
